Traditional Recipe to cook Squid Rings

Ingredients

  • 500 g of squid

  • Flour

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Lemon

Process

Clean the squid and cut them into rings.

Coat them in flour.

Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

Drain them on paper towels and season with salt.

Serve with lemon slices.
