Traditional Recipe to cook Seafood from Pontevedra

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of goose barnacles

  • 1 kg of scallops

  • 1 kg of scallops

  • 1 kg of oysters

  • 1 kg of mussels

  • 1 kg of lobster

  • water

  • salt

  • bay leaf

Process

Wash the seafood under cold running water.

Put a large pot with water, salt, and bay leaf to boil.

Cook the barnacles for about 5 minutes, the scallops for about 10 minutes, the scallops for about 15 minutes, the oysters for about 20 minutes, the mussels until they open, and the lobster for about 25 minutes.

Drain the seafood and serve them on a large platter.

Serve with chocolate sauce, which is made by melting dark chocolate in a saucepan with a little water, sugar, and cinnamon.
