Ingredients

  • 500 g of standard peppers

  • fat salt

  • olive oil

Process

Wash and dry the peppers.

Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the peppers over high heat, removing occasionally, until they are tender and slightly roasted.

Drain on paper paper and salt to taste.

Serve hot or temperate.
