Traditional Recipe to cook Padrón peppers

Ingredients

  • 500g of Padrón peppers

  • Olive oil

  • Coarse salt

Process

Wash the peppers and dry them well.

Heat a pan with plenty of oil and fry the peppers over high heat until they are golden and wrinkled.

Drain them on kitchen paper and sprinkle coarse salt on top.

Serve them hot and be careful, because some are spicy and others are not.
