Ingredients
500 g of hake cheeks
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh parsley
200 ml of fish stock
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Process
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add the hake cheeks and fish stock.
Cook over low heat until tender.
Add the chopped parsley and season to taste.
Serve with green sauce and bread.
