Traditional Recipe to cook Galician Pie

Ingredients

  • 500 g of empanada dough

  • 300 g of canned tuna

  • 2 onions

  • 2 green peppers

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper to taste

Process

Fry the onion and pepper in olive oil.

Add the shredded tuna and season.

Spread the empanada dough in a mold.

Fill with the tuna mixture.

Cover with another layer of dough and bake until golden. A delight!
