Ingredients
500 g of empanada dough
300 g of canned tuna
2 onions
2 green peppers
olive oil
salt
pepper to taste
Process
Fry the onion and pepper in olive oil.
Add the shredded tuna and season.
Spread the empanada dough in a mold.
Fill with the tuna mixture.
Cover with another layer of dough and bake until golden. A delight!
