Traditional Recipe to cook Galician Broth

Ingredients

  • 200g of turnip tops

  • 300g of potatoes

  • 100g of beans

  • 150g of pork shoulder

  • 50g of chorizo

Process

Cook the beans in salted water. Add the pork shoulder and chorizo.

When they are almost cooked, add the potatoes and turnip greens.

Cook until the vegetables are tender.
