Ingredients
250 g of turnip greens (Galician green turnip)
200 g of potatoes
150 g of white beans
150 g of bacon
1 chorizo
1 blood sausage
1 pork rib
salt
pepper to taste
Process
Wash and chop the turnip greens into pieces.
Boil the potatoes, beans, and bacon in a large pot with water.
Add the chorizo, blood sausage, and pork rib.
Cook until everything is tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Ready to serve!
