Cuttlefish with onions in their ink

Ingredients

• 4 small squids

• 2 onions

• 2 garlic cloves

• Squid ink

• Olive oil

• Salt and pepper

Process

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add the squid and squid ink.

Cook over low heat until tender.

Season with salt and pepper.
