Cider Chorizos
Traditional Recipe to cook Cider Chorizos

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh Asturian chorizo
250 ml of Asturian apple cider
Boiled potato to accompany (optional)
Process
We take the string off the sausages and place them in a thick-bottomed pot.
We prick them with the tip of a knife so they don't burst and release some of the juice during cooking.
Pour the cider over them and bring to a high heat.
When it starts to boil, let it boil for five minutes, then lower the heat and finish cooking.
The time will depend on the freshness, size, and quality of the sausage, but in about 15-20 minutes, when the alcohol has evaporated and the liquid has reduced, leaving a sauce at the bottom of the pot, they will be ready.
Serve immediately.
