Ingredients

  • 1 kg of pork ribs

  • salt

  • paprika

  • oregano

  • garlic

  • vinegar

  • olive oil

Process

Season the ribs with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with oregano.

Crush the garlic cloves in a mortar and mix with vinegar and oil.

Spread this mixture over the ribs and let them marinate for a few hours.

Grill or roast the ribs, turning them and basting them with the marinade juice.

Serve with French fries and chimichurri sauce.

Approximate cooking time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
