Ingredients
250 g of flour
250 g of sugar
250 g of butter
4 eggs
1 lemon (grated)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Process
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one by one.
Stir in the flour, lemon zest, and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 40-45 minutes. Delicious!
