Asturian Cachopo
Traditional Recipe to cook Asturian Cachopo

Ingredients
2 large veal or pork fillets
100 g of Serrano ham
100 g of cheese (preferably Vidiago cheese or similar)
flour, egg, and breadcrumbs for breading
olive oil for frying
salt
pepper to taste
Process
We spread the meat fillets and season them with salt and pepper.
We place a layer of Serrano ham and another of cheese on one of the fillets.
We cover with the other fillet.
We pass the cachopo through flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
We fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
Serve hot with French fries or salad.
The cachopo is an Asturian delicacy that you cannot miss!
