Traditional Recipe to cook Asturian bean stew

Ingredients
500 g of fabes (white beans)
200 g of pancetta
200 g of Asturian chorizo
200 g of Asturian blood sausage
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
salt
black pepper to taste
Process
The night before, we soak the fabes in cold water.
In a large pot, we cook the fabes with water, bacon, chorizo, blood sausage, onion, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper for about 2 hours
