Ingredients
1 Lobster
400 g of rice
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
1 liter of fish broth
saffron
salt
pepper
olive oil
Process
Chop the lobster and reserve.
Chop the onion, garlic, pepper and tomatoes.
In a paella, sauté the lobster with a little oil until it changes color.
Remove and book.
In the same oil, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper.
Add the tomatoes and salt and pepper.
Cook until a sauce is formed.
Add the rice and saute a few minutes.
Incorporate the hot broth and the saffron.
Cook over medium heat for about 18 minutes, removing from time to time.
Add the lobster and cook a few more minutes.
Let stand and serve.
Approximate time: 45 minutes.
